Good Ground Family Church Ministries

A/V ministry – if you’re gifted in the area of creative communication, we’d like to have you get involved in either running the sound board or the Power Point projection system during worship time. We’re also always looking for folks to duplicate CDs of both the worship service and radio programs.

H.U.G ministry – Do you have a smiling face early on Sunday morning? Enjoy giving directions? Like to eat? If you answered YES to any of these, then the H.U.G. ministry is for you. Hospitality, Ushers and Greeters are a vital ingredient for a growing church. If you’re excited about what God and Jesus have done for you through Good Ground, we invite you to get involved.

Children’s ministry – Are kids naturally (or supernaturally) drawn to you? Do you still enjoy coloring? Are you a natural born story teller? Our children’s ministry provides you the opportunity to impact lives at a very early age.

Teen/Youth ministry – Are you still listening to loud music? Are words like, ‘word’, ‘cool’, ‘dude’ standard in your vocabulary? Are you ‘the bomb’ at video games? If you answered YES and are an ADULT, then maybe youth ministry is the area for you. You get a chance to guide and direct the young people of today into the Kingdom Leaders of tomorrow.

Helps ministry – Do you find yourself with a bit of free time on your hands? Does the thought of folding 200 letters appeal to you? Do you want to learn about the ‘business’ aspect of the church? A YES answer means we can use you in the office on a periodic basis.

Prayer ministry – Do you find yourself praying without ceasing? Do you enjoy bringing the needs of others before the throne of God? We offer two areas of ministry dealing with prayer, Intercessory Prayer and Altar Ministry, praying for folks at the end of service.

Travel/Ride ministry – Are you the king or queen of the road? We often have folks who need a ride to church and this is where you can fit in.

some talents that can further
